The Associated Press reports that the cities in the United States that are considered the safest are the ones with the highest number of murders per capita.
Cities with a murder rate of 0.15 or higher are considered safe, while cities with a rate of less than 0.10 are considered in danger.
Cities that have a murder per capita of 0 or lower are in danger, while those with a high murder rate are in the middle.
In terms of the rate of fatal shootings, cities with high murder rates are in a constant state of war, while the safest cities are in constant peace.
Here’s how they stack up:According to the AP, the safest city in America is Austin, Texas.
The city has a murder ratio of 0,973.1.
That is lower than every city except Fort Worth and Las Vegas, which have murder ratios of 0 and 0.2 respectively.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Austin is the only American city with a higher murder rate than 0, so Austin is safe.
However, the murder rate in the city is still higher than any other city.
The safest cities in America are also the ones that are most populous.
That includes San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle.
All four of these cities have murder rates that are below 1,000 per 100,000 residents.
The murder rate is actually lower in San Francisco than it is in Seattle, with a ratio of 1,023.8.
In San Jose and Seattle, the rate is lower because there are more murders per 100 people than in Austin.
However in San Jose the murder ratio is higher, with 0.22 per 100k people, compared to 0.18 in Seattle.
Austin has a higher rate than San Francisco and Seattle in that regard.
The next safest city is San Antonio, Texas, which has a homicide ratio of 4,822.1, which is a high number by any measure.
The second safest city for the population is New York, New York with a homicide rate of 2,742.9, but that city has one of the lowest murder rates per capita in the country.
The third safest city, Chicago, has a per capita murder rate that is less than 1.1 per 100K people, while Houston is the fourth safest city.
